Job Title: Construction Project Administrator
Location: Rocklin, CA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $27-$30 per hour

Position Overview:
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Construction Project Administrator to support their project team in Rocklin. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in a construction environment who enjoys working in a focused, detail-driven position handling administrative project tasks. This is not a client-facing or highly interactive role, it is best suited for someone who prefers a structured, heads-down work style.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to Project Managers
  • Create, organize, and maintain electronic project/job files
  • Process submittals, RFIs, and change orders accurately and efficiently
  • Track and manage project documentation and ensure records are up to date
  • Obtain and manage Owner Insurance Certificates as required
  • Take and maintain internal meeting notes and project records
  • Support overall project coordination through documentation and tracking
  • Ensure deadlines are met across administrative components of projects

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in construction administration required
    (Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or Project Engineer background)
  • Previous experience working for a construction company is required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive, process-driven work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with Procore or similar construction management software is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
  • Reliable, organized, and self-sufficient work style
